TEQBASE + TEQPLAN
Teqbase is used as a subfloor for industry- and warehouse-floors on top of which the Teqplan layer is placed. Teqplan is a polymer reinforced wearlayer, that gives the finished jointfree floor a very high level of resistance.
Molio descriptions for Teqbase and Teqplan now available in NBS Nordic
Teqton has developed Molio descriptions and digital design resources for the Teqbase and Teqplan systems, providing a clear, consistent and practical foundation for specification, tendering and execution.
The descriptions are structured in accordance with the current Molio standard, bringing together requirements, system build-ups and installation principles in a familiar format that can be directly integrated into consultants’ project specifications. This supports an efficient and transparent design process across all project stages.
As a supplement to the Molio descriptions, Teqton provides digital drawing materials in DWG and RFA formats, ready for use in digital design workflows. The content is developed to integrate seamlessly into existing BIM tools and working methods.
The Molio descriptions for Teqbase and Teqplan have been published in NBS Nordic, ensuring high accessibility and ease of use in specifications, tender documentation and project materials.
The systems are supported by a third-party verified EPD, documenting a GWP Total (A1–A3) of 0.6 kg CO₂ eq/m², calculated over a 50-year reference service life. The EPD can be used directly in LCA and carbon calculations and serves as documentation in projects targeting DGNB, LEED and BREEAM certifications.
