THE 17 SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
The Sustainable Development Goals consist of 17 specific goals and 169 targets. At Teqton, we have chosen to focus on the following Sustainable Development Goals:
No. 8, Decent work and economic growth
Including target 8.8, which addresses decent work conditions, and point 8.9, which promotes sustainable work.
No. 9, Industry, innovation and infrastructure
Including target 9.1, which focuses on building resilient and sustainable infrastructure.
No. 12, Responsible consumption and production
Including target 12.6, which focuses on using sustainable practices and informing about this in the reports.

SUSTAINABILITY AND CSR
Two main factors that have a negative impact on the environment during a construction process are iron and water. Therefore, it is necessary from the beginning of a project to have subcontractors where the choice of products aligns with the requirement for sensible resource utilization.
Teqton provides jointless polymer floors completely free from reinforcing iron and steel fibers typically found in industrial floors. Waste from the construction process is kept to an absolute minimum.
Teqton has partnered with DTU (Technical University of Denmark), who tests our products to determine to what extent recycled materials can be added to the mixture without compromising the unique qualities of Teqton's jointless floors.
At Teqton, we not only strive to improve our environmental footprint but also our social footprint.
We continuously work to ensure good working conditions with fair wages according to Danish employment regulations.
The work with our value chain and collaboration with our customers help ensure that the focus is not only on the sustainability of our products but also on working conditions and the overall sustainability of the entire value chain.
