NEW CURLING RINKS FOR THE CURLING CLUB IN TAARNBY

Teqton carried out a complete renovation of the curling rinks, from base preparation to final line marking.

In spring 2025, Teqton carried out an interesting project for the Curling Club in Tårnby, where the rinks were to be completely renovated. The project covered a complete solution in which the existing surfaces were ground down to the base, followed by the application of a new surface system and complete line marking.

The process ensured a stable and even base, forming the foundation for the technical requirements that apply to curling rinks. As the rinks are used for high-level competitions, very strict requirements were placed on accuracy and precision in the line marking.
Complete execution from start to finish.

COMPLETE EXECUTION FROM START TO FINISH

The work included all stages from the original substrate to the finished surface. Teqton managed the entire process, from base construction to precise marking, ensuring that the rinks were established with correct lines, the right surface structure and a smooth, even finish.

The result is a set of curling rinks that meet the club’s technical and functional requirements and are now ready to support community activities, sport and future events.
