FREDERIKSSUND PROJECT FOR 5E BYG
Teqton delivers a flooring solution with enhanced flatness requirements for VNA warehouses and AutoStore facilities.
Teqton is currently delivering a tailored flooring solution for a project of more than 10,000 m² for FOSS in Frederikssund. The project is carried out in collaboration with the main contractor 5E Byg, with Teqton’s technical team working closely on site to ensure precise and stable execution. The flooring solution has been developed specifically for AutoStore installations and warehouse areas with particularly strict flatness requirements.
The project reflects the growing demand for floors with tightened flatness tolerances for VNA narrow aisle warehouses and AutoStore facilities. In these environments, forklifts operate in very narrow aisles and are guided with high precision, placing significant demands on subfloor stability and highly controlled tolerances. These tolerances are critical for the safe installation of racking systems, guidance rails and other technical installations.
Teqton’s floor systems are designed to meet exactly these requirements, where flatness consistency and uniformity are key parameters for operational reliability in automated warehouse solutions. On site, project manager René Hansen from 5E Byg works closely with Jannik Hansen from Teqton. This close collaboration ensures that the execution is continuously adapted to the technical requirements and the specific demands of both the customer and the automated warehouse equipment.
