TEQTON DELIVERS DURABLE FLOORING SOLUTIONS FOR KYSTHUSENE IN HELLERUP

For Kysthusene 3 in Hellerup, Teqton has delivered a complete flooring solution for the project’s parking facility on behalf of the developer Danica and the main contractor NCC.

The project included the installation of a high wear resistant polymer top layer covering more than 3,100 m² in the parking areas. The solution is designed to withstand intensive traffic loads and the mechanical impacts associated with daily operation in parking facilities.

The polymer top layer provides a dense, robust and continuous surface that reduces the risk of deterioration and minimizes the need for ongoing maintenance. The selected flooring solution therefore ensures both high durability and stable long term performance.

In the parking basement, Teqton also carried out epoxy works in parking bays and driving lanes, as well as the general line marking using epoxy. This combination results in a clear, functional and cohesive appearance, contributing to both traffic safety and efficient daily operation.

FOCUS ON ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Teqton’s flooring systems are developed with a focus on long service life and reduced maintenance requirements. The high-wear resistance and robust surface minimize the need for repairs and replacements over the project’s life cycle, contributing positively to the overall sustainability of the parking facility’s operation.

Material durability and resistance are key factors in ensuring a stable, efficient and resource conscious flooring solution.
